Indeed, many of us are the causes of disappointment. What do I mean by this? You may be wondering… well, ask yourself some thing like this; Am I doing to others what is good? How will I feel if some one had done this to me? I am certain you will surely get an answer(s) yourself.

3. Our own failure can like wise cause disappointment for instance, If we fail to pass an exam, get a job, or win some one’s heart, we may feel worthless. We can also feel disappointed with ourselves when some one we love falters.

4. Things may happen that can alter our life dramatically. For example, we might suddenly find ourselves without a job, when marriage fails, companion is disloyal, a friend is ungrateful, without a marriage mate or without the privileges we once enjoyed. We might lose our health, our home, or our friends. That business not going the way we desire, the possibilities of disappointment are endless.

HOW CAN WE THEN BE HAPPY DESPITE DISAPPOINTMENT

5. Set achievable goals that you can execute, it may be daily, weekly, monthly, and even in long term perspectives say 5-10 years or more. Whatever may be your aim, you must have a goal because if you don’t stand for something you will fall for anything...

6. Keep updating your knowledge in your chosen professions that means you must invest in yourself be tasty for more knowledge to be one of the best, if not the best in whatever career you already into.

7. Learn to offer some free services to gain credibility because once people like what you’re doing others will definitely like to pay for it i.e. that same services you provided for FREE!

8. Always learn to give back to the society irrespective of your rise to stadum i.e. no matter your level in your society. Be careful of pride and greed they are self destructive if we don’t know how to manage our egos well, we will only live to regret it.

9. Be mindful of the kind of companies you keep has friends because your best friend may some time be your worst enemy as well.

10. Finally, always remember to pray to God because you didn’t create yourself. And thank him when you achieve your goals in life. I bet you he will always be with you in spirit. God wants you to succeed in life always remember these
